We are celebrating Christmas at the Lindsay Christian Church. Here are some important dates!
On December 7 we will have our worship at 10:00 am following our Bible class and children's class at 9:00. The message at the 9:00 am service is titled A God-Shaped Hole.
December 14 is next with the Bible and Children's classes at 9:00 am, then the service at 10:00 with the message titled Memories!
We have a great day planned for Christmas Sunday, December 21! At the 9:30 hour we will have a finger food and hot drink celebration. For the Christmas Sunday message we have a sermon titled Graced to Deliver from Luke 1:26-38.
We will ring in Christmas Day with a Christmas Eve Candlelight Communion Service at 5:00 pm on December 24. We will share in communion together as we take the light of Christ into Christmas Day. I will share a short message titled A Birth With a Purpose from Isaiah 9:6.
I hope you will plan to be on hand for these times of Christmas Celebration and invite a friend or family member!

November 30 is upon us! At 9:00 am we will study the Holy Spirit in the book of 1 Corinthians and have a great time of fellowship and prayer. Don't miss the 10:00 am service where we will worship and have a message from Hebrews 7:11-14 titled The Solution to Perfection. We have children programs for both hours! Don't miss the blessings!

Don't you dare miss this Sunday! Be sure to bring a visitor along for a blessing! At the 9:00 am hour we will study the Holy Spirit and the children will have Bible School. At 10:00 am we will celebrate Jesus in worship with Jeremy leading worship and I will be preaching from Hebrews 7:4-10 with a message titled The One True Religion. Remember that we have a lesson for children during the message.
After worship the church is providing a great Thanksgiving luncheon. This is a great opportunity to introduce someone you care about to the fellowship of the Lindsay Christian Church. I Hope to see you there!

This coming Sunday kicks off with the Table Class in Rooms 3 and 4 and a study of the Holy Spirit and a great time of prayer and fellowship around the tables. Our children's class will be up and running at the same hour. At 10:00 we will have a great time of worship with a message from Hebrews 7:1-3 titled A Facsimile. We will have a class for the children during the message.
Mark your calendar for Sunday November 23! We will have a great study and worship time, then after worship we will provide a very tasty Thanksgiving Luncheon. Be sure to be on hand for this great day and be sure to invite someone to come with you!
This weeks prayer drill follows: Matthew 16:18, "I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it." (NIV) Father, these words of Jesus promise that He will build His church on the rock, which is the fact that He is the Messiah, the Son of the living God. Our affirmation is that the Lindsay Christian Church is the personal property of Jesus, He will build His church and the gates of Hades cannot stand against the church of Jesus. Dear Jesus, we surrender the Lindsay Christian Church to the Lordship of Jesus, the Messiah to be built by Him. Use our Thanksgiving luncheon November 23 to build your church. In Jesus' name, amen."
