November 9 at 9:00 AM we will have the Table Class with our study of the Holy Spirit continuing while the class for children is happening. At 10:00 AM we have our worship Service and our children's lesson during the message. We will have a great time of worship in song, along with the Lord's supper and a message from Hebrews 6:13-20 titled Hope For the Soul.
Be sure to ring this weeks prayer drill before the Lord in prayer:
Matthew 16:18, "And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcommit." (NIV)
Father, these words of Jesus promise that He will build His church on the rock, which is the fact that He is the Messiah, the Son of the Living God. Our affirmation is that the Lindsay Christian Church is the personal property of Jesus, He will build His church and the gates of Hades cannot stand against the church of Jesus. Dear Jesus, we surrender the Lindsay Christian Church to the Lordship of Jesus, the Messiah to be built by Him. In Jesus' name, amen.
